Chengkou
Chengkou County lies at the southern foot of the Dabashan Mountains, in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, northeast Chongqing, bordering Chongqing, Sichuan, and Shaanxi provinces. Its name derives from its position as the "city" at the junction of three provinces and the "gateway" controlling vital regional access routes. Known for its "nine parts mountains, half part water, and half part fields," Chengkou has garnered numerous accolades, including "China’s Ecological Climate Pearl," "China’s Elderly- and Tourist-Friendly County," "Best Green Ecological Tourism County in Greater China," "National Forest Tourism Demonstration County," "Home of Qian Gu Dance," "China’s Natural Selenium-Rich Agricultural Products County," "National Ecological Origin Product Protection Demonstration Zone," "National Outstanding Bee Industry County," and "County with Significant Achievements in Relocation Poverty Alleviation."

Huang’anba
The meadows, nestled in the heart of the Dabashan Mountains, stretches over 50 kilometres east to west and more than 10 kilometres north to south. Situated on the main peak of the Dabashan Mountains, it boasts an average altitude exceeding 2,200 metres, abundant sunlight, and plentiful rainfall. Located 70 kilometres from Chengkou County, it serves as a national demonstration area for southern grassland and slope development.

Jiuchongshan National Forest Park
Jiuchongshan enjoys a mild climate, abundant rainfall, and ample sunlight, making it one of the most biodiverse regions at its latitude. The park features distinctive geological formations and diverse landforms, resembling a vast geological museum.
Xiuqi Colourful Manor
Xiuqi Town in Chengkou County has developed a 4-kilometre rural tourism corridor called "Colourful Manor" in Donghe Village. Vibrantly painted buildings line both sides of the road and the banks of the Ren River, creating a picturesque rural landscape. In autumn, the colourful buildings are nestled amidst vivid foliage, evoking a fairy-tale charm.
Kangjiazhai Scenic Area
Kangjiazhai Scenic Area, at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,988 metres, enjoys an average annual temperature of approximately 10°C. With a forest coverage of 90%, the area boasts high concentrations of negative oxygen ions, ranging from 18,000 to 32,000 per cubic centimetre.

China Kanggu
Kanggu Scenic Area, in eastern Chengkou County, derives its name from the historical Kang families who resided along the Kang River. Stretching approximately 35 kilometres north to south, with altitudes ranging from 900 to 2,680 metres, the area exhibits a distinctive three-dimensional mountainous climate. With 90% forest coverage, deep canyons, and stunning peaks, it is often called "Little Zhangjiajie."
